Where could my OCS marine bf be stationed with a job in finance/budgeting/accounting?

The two of you offbase even if youre not married but theres no rule that says he could end up at any marine corps installation they have financial management and yes you will get higher housing allowance.
The two of you get higher housing allowance how much depends on where he will not married as an officer he cant live with.
