Here are some interesting details on the “stimulus” package. If you would not mind forwarding this along to your friends, family, and contacts, it would be greatly
appreciated. The more info Americans have on this bill, the only thing stimulated will be anger and outrage, because none of this stimulates the economy or creates Jobs.
* The interest payments alone on the stimulus would cost $350 billion over
the next ten years, which means the next generation will have to pay the bills.
* The bill contains nothing in it that would stimulate the economy, but its only
a down-payment on big government spending. In reality, it’s a welfare proposal.
Wasteful Spending Provisions
* $2 billion earmark to re-start FutureGen, a near-zero emissions coal power
plant in Illinois that the Dept. of Energy defunded last year because the project was inefficient
* $650 million for the digital television (DTV) converter box coupon program

* $448 million for constructing the Dept. of Homeland Security headquarters
* $248 million for furniture at the new Dept. of Homeland Security headquarters

thus pushing private capital toward unproductive businesses and away
from productive businesses.
* Increases the definition of “youth” for certain summer job
programs from age 21 to age 24.
* $160 million to the Job Corps program at the Dept. of Labor, but

motion picture film.

the States by providing billions of dollars for “education” costs of any kind.
* $47.843 billion is appropriated for a variety of energy programs
that are primarily focused on renewable energy development and energy
conservation/efficiency. Not one dollar is appropriated to make fossil
fuels more affordable in the near future. More than $6 billion of these
funds go to environmental clean ups.
* Increases eligibility for “weatherization” assistance to households 200
percent above the poverty level.
* The “Making Work Pay” credit of $500 to every individual making
less than $75,000 (or $1000 to couples making $150,000 or less) would
pay people whether they are productive or not - akin to welfare.

it is a mid-rise building that is a mixed development(residential-commercial)
it is designed to revolutionize the way these mixed use buildings are designed because it is more eco-friendly and supports/encourages residents to change their lifestyles to a more sustainable future.
THE BUILDING FEATURES
the first two floors are sleek and curving garden floors, with plants, curving concrete pathways and grass…this 2-level garden houses commercial establishments along a concrete pathway and doubles as a gallery that shows people in the community how we can take care of the environment and how beautiful and comfortable eco-buildings can be.
the next 7 storeys are for the tenants of the development, it houses 1 bedroom, 2-3 bedroom, 3-4 bedroom (two floor) units…..the units have spaces that are flexible(can be expanded and configured in a number of ways) and has garden balconies 1.5m by 8m
in a way this development is like this project in dallas –http://www.inhabitat.com/2009/06/10/revision-dallas-xero-project-will-paint-the-town-green/
and the residential units look something like these mobile homes, very flexible and configured in a number of ways—http://sustain.ca/
please help me pick out a name for the building, thanks!

I am learning Dreamweaver mx to build my first website, I have an instructional cd Garo Green the teacher instructs to create a new site for each chapter as I go the process of creating a new site in D.W. one question in the process ask if you want to use a server technology…. the answer the instructor give is no since we are not building an dynamic site or using dynamic data, but he does not explain what these two terms mean.. or how they differ from a regular website could someone explain these terms to me as far as web site building goes? Also with programs on the market such as front page or dreamweaver why would I want to be bothered learn coding (hand coding)? If learning code is very that important which should I learn first, second (html, javascript cold fusion .. Mr Green speaks about using css to define the appearance of a page instead of html not really explaining in detail why..again from a beginner if css is so good why I want to learn other codes. Thanks for answer
