In New York City (Manhattan) what are the names of any doorman type rental buildings that are modern or nice?

Preferably ones that are “green” or eco-friendly, I believe one is called The Helena. But more so, just what are some of the building names or high-rise fairly new or renovated “luxury” buildings for rent. Thanks.

Try ‘The Dakota’ its one of manhattans finest hotels if that might be what ur looking for.

Trump Towers on the West Side. In Manhattan plenty of doors north of 59th Street.

just go up park and you’ll see plenty of doormen.
