    For driver license just make sure that your passport instead of your immigrant visa has expired then you may use your passport and is still.

    On a points-based system, the Green Card and passport will take you over the line, certainly in NJ. that saves you from producing utility bills and check cards etc. Use both and save yourself a lot of hassle.
