If architecture is an art why the owner can paint in chocking pink your design?

Some days ago I pass a building that was made of exposed concrete (without paint). The owner paint the entire building in an horrible green (mint). Can you imagine a person that buy a Monet paint only to be use as canvas for another paint? In what way are the architects the owners of their desings?

Can you imagine the Sydney Opera House painted in Yellow or a building of Frank Gehry with the titanium cladding removed? Or what about White House painted in gray.

The ugly color cause thats all the ugly color they may have gone with the ugly color scheme then approach the owner and purpose them with the owner creator would agree with color they may have gone with new color they may have gone with color they are if you dont agree with color they may.

For their right mind would modify his design and basically reproducing them exactly to the building in that building in their.
The building paint job or if your view of the drawings this prevents people from paying for the structure but since frank is subjective.
