How is something Determined to be “Green” (In terms of Eco-Friendliness)?

With the term “Green” being used so much more often, and new Eco-Friendly methods being used for cars, buildings, waste management, etc… who is determining what is ‘Green’ and what isn’t? Are there certain levels of how Green something is? Is there some sort of position of government regulated (Ha, yeah, I know) system to determine if something is Green or not?
Basically, Im just wondering if something could be labeled Green and then have it turn out that it was barely any different… and who would be in charge of determining what’s Green.

I love Arizona Green Tea, but it is definitely not as healthy as the real thing.
I make Green Tea at home with Lipton tea packets and I add honey but it doesn’t taste the same.. any advice?

He has done many in London, and was interviewed in the BBcs coverage of The Chelsea Flower Show.
He has green hair, I think, if that helps!
He uses REAL living plants to to this, and they stay alive and living on the building.
They’re not painted on

In a couple of years, I’d like to build a completely ‘green home’, meaning a home which is completely sustainable, and environmentally friendly. I am very involved with animals, and I ride horses. So, is it possible to build an equally ‘greem barn’? What materials would I use, and any other details? Thank you

Scabs? Green and gooey? Do i have some kind of blood inconsistency?

Okay well on Friday i wore some sandals for the first time, all day, and as a result it rubbed a layer of skin off of my toe - the area is slightly bigger than your thumb nail.
When the scab has started to heal, this is the same with any other scabs i have had, it first goes a sort of greeny (sorry, its really hard to explain) thin jelly like layer over the cut, burn etc and then takes a very long time to form a hard scab like usual scabs!
But it is Monday now and my toe (i also have two other scabs from wearing the sandals) has not healed; i just had a shower and in the shower this green jelly like film that was over the sore has now become puss-y and has sort of ripped and is disgusting looking! I cant wear shoes with it like this! This is the same story for the other scabs i have, howether they are smaller. The outside of the scab has sort of healed, about a mm, but the middle of them is horrible.
I apologise because that really isnt a brilliant description! Something that i also find strange is that i have never had a nose bleed - i am 17 - even though i have been hit in the face with a cricket bat and a rounders all etc (mistakes!) - even that did not cause me to have a nose bleed - and i am sorry but that type of pain i am sure would be enough to cause a nose bleed!
I’m trying to provide as much information you may need here, so i guess my menstrual cycle may help! I am generally on a three week cycle that is really regular, give or take a few days. But, i am extremely light during my whole period - i mean i still need to wear protection, but i dont even notice any difference when i am on my period, unlike when i first started my periods and i was so heavy is was horrible (I first started my periods when i was 13).
Oh, also, on Saturday morning i cleaned the blisters and scabs i had with Dettol spray that is designed to wash cuts out and then plastered them up because i had to go to work so i had to wear shoes! But when i got home i took the plasters off and left them alone to breathe. I risked it yesterday and just wore socks - i hope that this hasnt caused some sort of infection. It is hard to smell your toe, but where i have got my ear pierced a couple of times i find that they are permanently infected with a horrible smelling white liquid/mostly solid coming out when i touch then or squeeze it out when i feel it has built up.
Does anyone know anything that could explain all of this! I am clean, i have a shower every day without fail and wash my clothes regularly etc I also have very sensitive skin and so have quite alot of allergic reactions.
If you could explain any of these problems then that would put my mind at ease! I am going to the doctors later this week to get a cervical cancer jab so i can query this then, but any advice or suggestions you have would be brilliant. Thanks alot!
Nickolas
