Preferably ones that are “green” or eco-friendly, I believe one is called The Helena. But more so, just what are some of the building names or high-rise fairly new or renovated “luxury” buildings for rent. Thanks.

Why are people assuming that the funding for the Housing plan requires another stimulus?

In actuality, the funding is coming from money allocated back in the fall.
From the article:
Headlining Obama’s plan is a $75 billion Homeowner Stability Initiative, which would provide a set of incentives to mortgage lenders in an effort to convince them to help up to 4 million borrowers on the verge of foreclosure. The goal: cut monthly mortgage payments to sustainable levels, defined as no more than 31 percent of a homeowners income. Funding would come from the $700 billion financial industry bailout passed by Congress last fall.
People are so quick to jump on Obama’s case.
Why do people fail to inform themselves?
Thoughts?

“green” referring to an environmentally friendly home… would you be willing to pay more to build or buy one? what features or construction methods would you expect a “green” home to have?

Pic was taken facing North. Building is short and squat, with gold roof and green lawn/trees surrounding it. I would attach a pic if yahoo would let me…
It’s not New York Life Building. It’s shorter than that and the top is not pointed. It’s surrounded by trees, not other buildings.
