How can I use a siren I found from an abandon building as a car alarm speaker?

Its a Moose Products Inc. MPI-38 two-tone siren. There are actually just 3 wires coming from the inside of the siren itself-red,yellow,and white. There is a bundle of 10 wires also with it that looks like it was used from the control board inside the abandoned building because the siren itself appears to have just the 3 main wires. The 10-wire bundle has a black wire going to the main white wire(ground) and a red wire going to the main red.The remaining 8 wires are connected together to form some variation I guess- yellow to green, purple to brown, blue to orange, dark grey to light grey.I learned online that the siren is microphone capible also so my question is how can I utilize this siren into my car?I’d like to show off with it and act crazy from time to time with loudspeaker (just in heavy traffic I promise) so where do I start with these 3 main wires? Will I need the bundle? Ive been looking for some type of free install guide online but no luck.
I learned online that it can be either 12V or 110. How do I choose with 3 wires?
